To register as a work-seeker with Rudzik Personnel:

1. Complete the registration form below
2. Email an up-to-date copy of your CV to jobs@rudzik-personnel.com

3. In addition to completing this registration form, Rudzik Personnel requires each candidate to submit copies of the following documentation when they register:

• Copy of your Passport (photo side) or Personal ID card (both sides)
• Up-to-date CV
• Copies of educational or vocational certificates confirming qualifications
• Two references (one must be your current or most recent employer)
• Details of any unspent criminal convictions and relevant dates (if applicable)

All documentation must be submitted by email or post in order for us to complete your registration.
